Not working properly
The app won’t allow me to input my DOB.
Edit Information
I need to edit information. By mistake I entered my information and it said I need a test and gave me a client number, but I have all three vaccines for going and only need the test for returning to the States.Now I can’t seem to fix the problem or delete my information.
App is useless!!!
My wife and I downloaded the app and have been trying for three days now to setup our profile and nothing works. The system does not recognize any information and we keep getting a message stating that Passenger Card for EDCard Id cannot be found. Like I said completely useless!
Terrible and useless
No contact information for help. When I enter my ED number and name as an user and it tells me it doesn’t match records. When I finally found a number to call they just said “the app doesn’t work” really? That’s the whole reason I’m calling for what. What are my other options “we don’t know” very frustrating
App not working
When I try to enter my name and ED card number I get and error and Cannot proceed with registration even though number was entered correctly.
Connect to test
I wish there is a way to connect negative test result after getting ED card.
Not updating
I like to overall feel of the app however one thing is a concern: I tried to renew my European certification but it keeps saying that it is expired. I’ve tried logging out and back in. It doesn’t update.
