Plataforma que não se importa com o cliente
Taxista usando bandeira 2 as 10 da manha de terca, não utilizou o corredor de onibus ( em São Paulo) mesmo comigo pedindo. O valor suposto era 12 foi 17, em uma viagem de 5 minutos. Reclamei de todas formas para a 99 todas caem num robo dizendo que os valores sao similares ao inicial. Que eu saiba de 12 para 17 tem um aumento de quase 50%. Tentei de tudo mas o que me restou é nao usar, o problema não é o valor e sim a consideração ao cliente, por 5 reais perderam um cliente de uso diario.

I needed a ride to the bus terminal this morning. The first driver was much too far and so I ordered an Uber instead who was able to provide a much closer driver. The 99 application allowed me to cancel without charge because I canceled within a minute. Upon arrival at the bus terminal (10 minutes later), I saw that the 99 app is ***still*** assigning drivers to my house! I requested a cancellation fee refund and was DENIED!!! Application being deleted as soon as I submit this review. Uber gets my business at least 4-5 times PER DAY and 99 lost any chance of taking that business over automated customer support that denied my refund in SECONDS after submitting for it. Now when I try to delete the app, it says I must wait 15 days until ***after*** my last ride “in case there is a complaint!”

This is the worst ride share app I’ve ever used. I used this app a handful of times while living abroad in Brasil. At the time I had a temp Brazilian phone number. My email is still connected to an account and I constantly receive email with receipts for recent rides 3-5 years after I last used the app I have attempted to reach their costumer support multiple times but there’s no way to access costumer support without logging in with the temp number I used to create the account, which I no longer have access to. Absolutely infuriating…

This app literally steals money. • During a trip the price of a trip can go up. As a passenger you can’t report it or do anything about it. The UX is non-existent. App: “It happens.” • Drivers often lack change and give “credit” on cash payments only for the app to not let you use those credits. Worst car share app ever.

Usei o App anos atrás e já não tenho mais o número de celular. Quando tento me cadastrar com o novo numero, dá erro dizendo que meu email já está registrado. Não existe uma forma de acessar o cadastro anterior nem pelo App, nem pelo site. A Ajuda deles só está disponível dentro App apos o login - parece piada, mas não é. A unica Central telefonica que encontrei 0300 313-9999 nem completa a ligação. Não sei como uma empresa baseada em software pode ser tão ruim e se esforçar tanto para não oferecer suporte ao cliente. Mas esperar o que de uma empresa Chinesa 🇨🇳

I’ve spent more than an hour taking to their specialties, and they couldn’t fix the problem. Saying that my bank declined the trans arils - but it’s not true. I checked with my banks and with Visa and they don’t see any transaction attempts. Really frustrating. Can’t use the app and the team isn’t competent enough to provide help

The drivers consistently cancels the rides, leaving the user unnatended. There is no feature whatsoever to reduce this and I endedep up losing hours waiting for drivers who had no regard for the user.
