Yoga For BJJ
This program is amazing! Everyone BJJ practitioner should be doing this type of movement to counterbalance how hard BJJ can be on a body. The content is relevant and entertaining. The teachers make yoga fun and very applicable to BJJ. Try it! It’s the best 😊.
Amazing content
I am a 130 pound, 51 year old brown belt woman. I found Yoga for BJJ back when I was a blue belt and constantly injured rolling with people who outweighed me. I was hooked by Sebastian’s no nonsense approach to practice. Over the years Yoga for BJJ has helped prevent injury as well as helped me safely rehabilitate through injuries. I would have never made it this far without this valuable resource.
Program is great
Helped my bjj and my health greatly!
Less talking please
Great content, large library that’s thoughtfully organized for bjj people. But the dude is talking way too much lol. A bit of commentary is fine but you don’t need to share all of your opinions and philosophy the entire time. Like I don’t need to know about the plank world record holder who did it for 8 hours every time there’s a plank position.
Yoga for BJJ app
Best thing I have ever done to supplement my jiu-jitsu. Instruction geared towards jiu jitsu practitioners, but good enough for anyone. Best part is being able to download a video and take outside where there is no internet. I've been using Yoga for BJJ for over a year now.
Accessible yoga
The app also generally works very well for me
Thankful for this app
From years of construction work, surfing and now BJJ my body has taken quite a beating. This app has been a life saver for healing injuries quickly through the targeted recovery sections. The yoga flows have helped increase my flexibility and strength. My coach told me to try this app and I’m grateful he did. Highly recommend!
