Wait for an update!
This was a great app but unfortunately it now causes confusion because it is not being updated with changes.
We just need a update to the laws for 2022/2023
2021 rule book just needs a update
Good app that could be great with some fixes
First off, love having this app. I've used it extensively to learn with. That being said, here's a list of improvements that would make it phenomenal IMHO. - where ever terms are used that are in the definitions (e.g., Calvary Charge) it would be nice to have a link to jump to the definition and then you could hit back to get back to where you were - where ever there is a sanction, add a link to the secondary referee signal (or the primary if that is all that is needed) - Annotate the video clips if possible to show the actual infraction. Some of the video clips are very unclear about where the actual infraction occurs. - add a feedback link so I could send this feedback to you directly instead of hoping that you will read this review. - where ever there are guidelines to a law, add a link to the appropriate guideline - In the “saved” videos, maybe give them a title so I know what I’m looking at, and allow me to sort by size - add support for a11y features such as larger text and bold text throughout.
Great app that could be so much better

Great App - but a couple of tweaks needed
Easy to use and well laid out. Works off network as a reference. Only things extra I’d ask for are: 1) allow to swipe left/right to get to the next law, and/or have a next/previous link at the bottom of each law. 2) have option to download the video clips to a local cache to enable offline review. A possible extra section which may be good to add would be to add the law application guidelines (eg the decision making framework for high tackles) and the recent clarifications of law (both these sections are on the IRB site)
Referee signals
It would be nice if on the Referee Signals tab on the secondary signals if they would include if the listed offense would be a PK, FK, or scrum etc. just so we could easily relate the two. Not sure if that is possible with each signal or not.
Please add Application Guidelines…
…Clarifications, and Trials. This app is solid, but it seems like there is great potential for making it easier to find and learn about the Application Guidelines, and other items related to the law that are on the website.
English, Spanish, French, Russian, Japanese, Italiano, Romanian, Arabic, Afrikaans, Simplified Chinese and German.
