Just downloaded the app to have tickets available for upcoming event. Cannot sign in as am told that, although I have typed in correct info (3x), sign in credentials invalid. What is the point of offering an app if it regularly does not work. Perhaps you could use funds from all of the ticket-associated fees to address this issue.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. I have a valid account and I can’t log in to the app. I can reset my password but then the app crashes. I can’t retrieve my tickets at all. Utterly useless junk and the WFC should be embarrassed to be promoting this app and fire whoever came up with it.
