Complete waste of money
I spent $40 to get an all-access pass only to find out no full matches for the US can be streamed as replays. I can’t watch games live in the middle of the night. If someone is paying this much money for what seems to be on-demand streaming, they should be able to stream any game. This app is a complete bait and switch! 😠

U would think after paying to use the app u would get a decent service but first there the logging in problem where u never get given an email verification then the loading times are ridiculous and almost everytime I tried to use it I give a pop up message saying play back error pls choose something which is stupid because I’m not on that app to watch something else I’m looking for the specific game I want. Don’t waste ur time with this app just get DSTV

Would give zero stars if I could. Pay money to have access to the games but the app errors out every other minute. Truly the absolute worst app I have used.

Watch.Hockey is terrible… I’ve tried to watch it several times during the women’s JWC only for it to buffer continually and not play. The app needs to be available on Apple TV has an app so airplay is not required. The only way to watch it reliably is on a computer connected to Ethernet.

Miss most of the game having to uninstall and reinstall the app trust to be able to watch 3-4 minutes of a match at a time Should refund my subscription can’t even view 1-3 of the match never minds a full match

While the App is new and improved we rely on production from external production companies at the stadiums to deliver quality matches. If there are technical failures at the events these are beyond W.H control. We will have FIH quality production for all matches under FIH control.
