Got this app to track a family member running in a listed 50k: the Miwok. Totally useless. Contrary to the name of the app, it simply does not provide any tracking information. Race is more than half over and all fields are still blank. Problem is not connectivity, at least at my end. On top of this, the app provides no way to contact the provider to report problems or get help.
