I have an old iPhone, SPYPOINT worked on morning and didn’t after lunch. My phone is up to date as far as it can go guess I will just cut SPYPOINT off

Today one of my cameras did a firmware update and now some of the dates and year is wrong which I know for a fact it’s wrong. And also the pictures that are coming in from being taken today is all jumbled up…they are not in order from the time they have been taken. Very frustrating!

This is an update. I now have 13 of the these cameras and the quality and technical service has been great. I’m not crazy about talking to someone overseas, but even that has been good. Yes, I have had some issues with some cameras but the customer service has always been great, and the replacement even better. I still recommend these cameras. And no, I don’t work for SPYPOINT Of the four different brands of cameras I have had I like these the best. They appear to work well at low temperatures (-29F, -34C) and I can easily check the camera status using the app, or have a camera send a picture at the next connection time. The assistance has also been prompt the two times I needed it. Data plans are comparable to other plans I have had.

Wish I were not stuck with these cameras. The latest version is buggy and does not start properly. With the price I was hoping for more. I have given this two years and 8 cameras. Very disappointed.

No surprise here. The app doesn't work either. Added a camera, pictures are reporting, but the status is still unavailable even after 24 hours. The cameras work about as well as the app.

You may not invade my privacy so I can use your game cam to see deer in my yard!! You have a lot of nerve to require that on your mandatory web site account creation to be able the use the app!! Remove that privacy invading requirement and respect our human right privacy and I will give you more stars. This makes me very very annoyed.

This app definitely helps to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned.
