No Live Amything
I'm trying to use this app on my AppleTV to watch Pirates games but there's no live games to watch. Only rewinds....please fix this.

I downloaded this app and the only screen that would come up as a login screen. I was then directed to go to watch Sportsnet Pittsburgh to link it to my Comcast account. I have Sportsnet Pittsburgh in my channel lineup. But there was no way to link it that I could find, it kept going back to a screen that wanted me to change my password and I see no reason to do that. unless they make it easier to actually sign up and access this app it’s not worth the time trouble or effort to get it to work.

This application is broken. I understand that we need to be in the Pittsburgh viewing area to use the app. I was in the viewing area twice this week, but I couldn't stream the game because I was on cellular and my IP address put me in a different location. Why doesn't the app ask for my location? So you can only use the app while connected to your home WiFi?

Not a great app. Before it switched over to SNP360 everything was working as it should. I was able to stream live games from the app and website. However, after the switch, I can’t access anything. It’s incredibly frustrating. I reached out to customer service as well and had a very slow response time. It’s been days and I still haven’t resolved my issue…

Forgot my password so I entered my email for a reset password link. The link to reset my password requires me to enter my “forgotten password”. It literally says enter forgotten password. Newsflash. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD!!! 17.99 + tax per month and now I have to figure out how to get in here so I can cancel. Epic fail SNP.
