Horrible
I just spent the last hour trying to operate the app. I was unable to read any content. After an excruciatingly painful journey getting the app to recognize me as a print subscriber I was still unable to get even the slightest bit of content out of it. There’s no way to contact the publisher via the app. No info, links etc. nothing. Stone-aged tech.
What Happened?
My last issue is September/October 2020. It is not February 5, 2021. I’m missing at least three or four issues. Also, the app just doesn’t look like it used to. Issues don’t show on the main screen - just on the Library tab.
No digital magazine for ipad :(
I paid $14.99 for subscription BUT i can not get ipad digital. First pictures are pulling you to buy magazine NOT IPAD DIGITAL MAGAZINE You have to fix ipad application!
Will not allow me to view
I just downloaded the app. Signed in, as I am already a subscriber. App will only let me do a free trial, or purchase individual months. I am unable to view anything even though I have an annual subscription. What is up?
Needs update
Does not work to connect your print subscription’s iPad version. The link on the app does not work. I’m extremely disappointed considering I paid for this.
Can’t get my print subscription to work on iPad
I have been unable to get my print subscription to work on my iPad. I just get an error message. And when I have reached out for Support, I have received no help
Totally busted
I’m a current print subscriber trying to load the digital edition in my iPad. Following the instructions sends you to an error page. Brilliant.
