I went to Resorts World for the first time this last weekend and it’s very nice! However, I can’t trust them because of this app. Don’t get me wrong, the app works fine, and I didn’t have any issues betting college or pro games. It’s not the best app out there to use when in Vegas, but it’s decent. I wish it didn’t log you out instantly if you double-tap to another app to check something out or turn your phone off for five seconds, but at least you can sign back in with your fingerprint, so it’s not that much of a hassle. The biggest issue I have is the large sign they have in their lobby telling you that you get $100 risk-free bet on the next Monday Night Football game following setup of the app. The sign says you can bet up to $100 on the MNF game and if it loses, they credit back your account. I have a picture of the sign and there isn’t much in the fine print to be worried about. My issue is I was flying out on Mon morning, so I was trying to place my bet front the airport before I left. I tried betting $100 and it cut my bet back to $11. I tried $100 on another bet and it cut it to $11. I was betting more than this all weekend and I had $176 in my account available for betting. They did credit me back $20 of the $21 I bet, not sure why they kept one, so the issue is they don’t want to expose themselves to that much risk so they cut it back. Is a casino really worried about losing $100 on a promotion like this?? They must be in trouble financially if this is a concern, which makes me wonder why they don’t cut it back. Some casinos don’t offer anything. Others give shirts, hats, etc. In summary, it’s a decent app, but I don’t trust the people behind it. Once I cash out I will be deleting it, as there are many options to choose from.

I had my account for two weeks. Literally only put a $150 in it… and they lowered my limits after a week. I was only betting $33 max and they lowered all my limits. They were giving me $3 on a total. I tried to bet $66 on a game and they only gave me $11. Dont waste your time here.
