Whether caused by a bug in the app, or how advertisements are loaded, story pages reload in an uncontrollable manner. There is obviously no way to eliminate the pervasive, and frequently irrelevant advertising from loading. As one scrolls the articles it it nearly impossible not to cause an advertisement to spawn a webpage, which becomes an unwanted interruption while reading an article. (This is also true of the STL Today news app for the St. Louis Post Dispatch.). While the advertising enables users to read articles free of charge, it makes for a frustrating experience as pages reload for no reason and return the reader to the very beginning of the article. Please fix this!

I love being able to read about the Cardinals (although I loved it even more when Bernie Miklasz was writing for the PD). But I’m surprised that no one seems to have mentioned a glitch that makes me livid. When I’m scrolling, and I accidentally nudge the window a bit right or left (instead of straight up or down), the display immediately shoots to the top of story, and I lose my place. I’ve seen this in NO OTHER apps, and it is supremely irritating.

The latest update ruined this app. The freaking thing won't rotate. Very frustrating. That seems like such a basic thing, I don't know how they could have forgotten to include the ability to rotate. Good grief, what is this, 2006? I used to use this at least daily, now I don't open it every week. UPDATE AFTER UPDATE, HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU NOT BE BOTHERED TO BRING BACK LANDSCAPE MODE?

After this most recent update the link to open Cards Talk no longer works. That is what I use the most with this app so it’s pretty useless to me if Cards Talk doesn’t work.

I love being able to keep up with the St. Louis Cardinals, especially listening to the podcast. Unfortunately, I am unable to adjust the text size in the app and it does not support dynamic type, so the text is far too small for me to read. I am also unable to read the headlines since the last update because they are now overlaid with pictures on the headlines page so there is not enough contrast between the text and the busy background. Please make your app accessible to vision impaired fans by adding an option to increase text size and an option for headlines to have a solid background. Go Cardinals anyway!

This was my go to app for baseball news until they made it so it only opens vertically. I can no longer read the morning news on my ipad with breakfast, and I miss it. They said they were working on fixing that, but it’s a huge loss, and it’s been a good while now. Who takes away functionality that was already there and good?? Otherwise, I have loved having this access to news about my favorite team. I hope they get it fixed soon.
