Always an Issue
It never fails. Nearly every single time I use this app to enter there is an issue or a glitch. Not to mention the expense it costs to use all the features of this app. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I told a friend the other day I was about to not to enter another barrel race that used NextGen for entries. I ended up entering another barrel race, and again there was an issue. So frustrating. It’s fine for entering anything you don’t have to pay for such as a rodeo where you pay fees on site, but this app has cost me an excessive amount of time from having to call customer service in addition to unnecessary extra fees. I’m over it.

Barrel races or UPRA rodeos, this is my favorite app as an contestant. A few months ago when entering a larger race and had a few questions.. staff was so quick and friendly with a response.

They gave it for free. Then they wanted $10 a month to see results. $100 a year. Now they want membership fees to enter a few jackpots! The line has been drawn. Please use rodeoresults, SGP, rodeo go, anything but this. Has the equistat link ever worked? Not to my knowledge.
