Gray screen
Hi. I have downloaded the Mares app for my Mares Genius dive computer. Unfortunately all I get is a gray screen. I am using an iPhone SE ver 16.6.1. Can you assist?
No night light when night diving
Recently I went Night Diving and unfortunately wasn’t able to have Sirus light up to see any information. Tried several options in the Brightness Option (Low, Medium, high and Dive) and also with the Backlight Option (Auto-Off or Push On/Off) without any success. Tried to find any suggestions or information in the manual without success. Any suggestions?
Log book
The log book doesn’t go back far enough in years. I’ve been diving since 1988 and can’t input all of my dives in the log. This will make dive history statistics incorrect. Thank you Andrew
Needs Work
It’s a decent start but needs work. Can’t add wildlife that isn’t already in their database. Not a huge list of dive sites which means most entry is manual. And every dive site must have a physical address rather than just GPS coordinates. What the heck is the address of a dive site out in the middle of the ocean?!?
Unable to register or update firmware
Try to register and keeps giving email address invalid. Tried multiple emails. Country list shows no data found. Entering birthdate is a bit awkward entry method Tried to update firmware. Connected to dive computer, but clicking check firmware did nothing. App is unusable for now until registration is fixed
Login issues
Looking forward to trying out the app. I have a Mares account but the app won’t let me log in. Known issue?
