Worst App ever
Was forced to switch to Hometown from TicketSpicket. It’s overly complicated and very confusing. Why do you have to log in every time with a code? Why do you need to go to a million different screen to use your pass? Why does the check-in person need to go to the proper sport to check you in? It causes backups. Worst App ever.
Scammiest app
This app is SOOOO bad. It let’s me buy a ticket, then locks me out and unable to use the ticket. I live in an endless sign-in loop. Back when it did work, you could buy a multi-use pass and never see how many uses are left. If you call, support tries NOT to answer the number of uses left. I suspect it is an attempt to retain funds from the users and from the schools this app supposedly supports. I would not be surprised to learn of shady business by hometown ticketing. Truly despise this app and this company.
Non-existent customer support
After having purchased a family pass the app just constantly tries to load my tickets..I opened 2 problem tickets and so far just crickets back..at this point I just want a refund because now I’m buying tickets I already paid for..customer support consists of a FAQ page..buyer beware..will be reporting them to Pennsylvania consumer affairs if I don’t get a response from company..thanks David Hagan
Worst app ever
I didn’t think ticketspicket could get worse but it did. EVERY time I try to buy tickets I have to enter my information. I’m logged in to the app but still need to give my name, email, phone,etc. Then when I finally do my tickets don’t show up and I have to go to my email and find a link. Ridiculous
Needs lots of improvements
This app could be so much better if it used FaceID and allowed you to store payment information. Interesting how they charge you a “service” for some tickets and not for others. The time-tested cash/paper ticket was a better solution than this app.
Does Not Work
This might be the worst app ever created. I bought a pass which I think showed up one time. Now, when I try to log in it tells me to update my profile. When I add my email, I get an error message that it already exists. Ya think?? Absolutely ridiculous. I typed a question in the knowledge base and got no results because surprise! It’s not helpful. The positive reviews cannot be from real people.
Absolute Joke of an App
This app is horrid, and the latest update makes it even worse. It does not track how may events you have left after you buy a pass. That seems like pretty basic information. In the new update it logs you out when you navigate to "Tickets." Makes it pretty hard to use... The support is non-existent. In fact, IF you can find a number to call you'll get an automated message that hangs up on you.
