HangTime is a simple hangboarding app that allows you to add hangboarding workouts, customized by hang time, rest time, reps, sets, and rest between sets. You can pause your timer, restart the set or workout, add new workouts, and delete old workouts.

Favorite Hangboard Timer!
Finally remembered to write a review after using this timer all summer and fall. Prior to this I had used the BeastMaker timer for a couple of years. HangTime is a huge improvement over the BM one. My favorite feature is the ability to set your own starting countdown - I set my starting countdown to 8 seconds and no longer have to rush to get in position before the timer starts, which can be awkward with a lot of weight hanging from your waist. I use this timer for multiple exercises now: max weight hangs on the hangboard, static lockoffs on the pull-up bar, rhythm intervals on the spray wall. Would like to have an option to change the direction of the timer (I prefer a down counting timer for my hangs rather than a timer that counts up) but that’s not that big a deal. HangTime is great! Five stars!!!

Just a great timer app for everything Ng. Works in the background with audible cues so you don’t have to look at your phone. And there’s always feature updates!!
