Bad all around
I’m done with these guys. Just a bad all-around experience. Lots of fine-print withdrawal traps (wouldn’t let me withdraw the $1.80 I won from a $1 free bet - really????). Live game scores have mysteriously changed/been wrong a few times I’ve had the app up, skeleton crew for customer service, poorly designed interface. Too many other good books out there to waste my time with them anymore

A live line changed on me after I placed a bet in the time it took to finalize it. I’m very well aware that live lines change quickly, however, they should not be able to change when you’ve already hit the button and did not approve a line change. You think a simple courtesy void would do the trick, given how much I’ve wagered with them, but they said absolutely not. That their software is immune to glitches (that's a new one). I highly recommend going with DraftKings, Fanduel, or MGM for your sportsbook needs instead. There are a ton of competitors for you to risk lines changing on you without your approval.

So I’ve won a lot of money on here just for them to tell me I can’t withdraw it , they situation is real deep they are tryna deactivate my account. They wouldn’t let me bet because my account is apparently under investigation then told me they have to deactivate it and I can’t get my 800$ out because they loaned me the money to bet . Which they didn’t I have bank statements to prove. I think it’s honestly because I’m black to be honest .

They are threatening to confiscate my initial $500 deposit if I can’t send in a ridiculous amount of private information to “verify my identity” while it is clearly the same bank account that was used for deposit. No customer service phone support. This one screams shady and there are many better sports betting apps out there
