This app is like the country it is connected to. It is inefficient, doesn’t work, and a waste of time. I will treasure the day I will never have to use any of these apps ever again. I really wish I could review the country just like this app because they both would get one star. PS - They don’t let you bring water on the plane in the Doha airport.

The app would be stuck in the loading screen for an eternity. And security wouldn’t let me enter unless I showed them the QR code from the app, which is stupid…. Well done FIFA you just wasted my money for nothing, thanks to your poor developed ticket app

Keep giving no tickets associated with email. Very confusing, very frustrating, app should have been tested proper before World Cup event or don’t force this method if not working well.

Up until before I updated iOS my tickets were accessible through the app. I checked yesterday and the tickets are gone. I am the primary applicant and it says that there are no tickets associated to my email. I deleted and added the app and. Ow it does not let me login, ugh!! My first game is in less than 5 days. Has anyone responded to the multiple complaints about this issue?
