I’ve used the app several times to bid on sports memorabilia and it’s been very easy and enjoyable…. Until I was the winning bid on a jersey and it never got sent to me. After several calls and emails, it’s become apparent that DASH app does not seem to care about their customers. So now I’m out the money I spent on the jersey with no way of contacting anyone for help.

I am unable to login using this app. Though the website works fine. Once you put in your credentials, the login animation never stops. It just spins until you force close the app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with no change. I tried contacting their support multiple times but have received no response. The app is unusable.
