Ticketing nightmare
This application is a joke when comes to seasons ticket holder. It does calculate the total de. It just offered to renew my ticket s at one tenth their value. The password reset doesn’t work. Therefore for the pass three years I’ve had to call in to renew my tickets. For a university with technology stripes, this mess of an application is a big embarrassment.
