App won’t open
Says “connection failed”. Funny, all of my other apps “connect” just fine.

Download the app, tried to open it. Nope connection failed. Tried it on my iPad. Same. Went to the website, video wouldn’t load. Sent an email about my predicament, three days later I still haven’t received a response. Enjoy that $49.95 I’ll never use BR again.

Just downloaded for my iPhone X and it says connection failed every time I try to run it. Everything else is working fine and my wifi is definitely connected. Disappointing.

I paid to watch aew last night through my web browser was told to download app and every time I open app says no connection try again deleted tried again I tried deleting all my internet connections on my phone to try to fix still nothing I EVEN FACTORY RESET MY PHONE AND THAT STILL DIDNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOBODY WASTE THEIR MONEY LIKE I DID
