Website doesn’t let me watch the ppv after I bought it. Try to play it on my phone and cast to the tv and doesn’t work. Terrible

The app, especially the one on the TV, needs work every time I try to watch the FREE prelim fights that it says are free. It tells me I have to set up an account so I try to do that and I can’t set up an account without paying for the subscription even though it says that the undercard is free. (AppleTV app trying to watch the free replays I have this problem the most)
