Terrible UX
I’m forced to use this app to book lessons for my child. I have to go through a trough of lessons to find the lesson I want. I find it, pay, and the app tells me it’s confirmed but I don’t see my bookings in the app at all as upcoming. Not a satisfying feeling to fork over $150 and then left to wonder if it’s booked or not. I tried once with Apple Pay then added my CC directly. So not only don’t I know if I booked it, I may have booked twice. Wonderful.
Absolute garbage
This app is garbage. I refuse to go to any tennis or sports club that uses this service. You can’t ever look up your reservations or cancel them. The interface feels like it was coded and designed by a middle school kid. Every aspect of it is truly horrible. ZERO STARS!
Honestly the worst app ever
I stopped going to any tennis or sports clubs that use this app/service because it is garbage. The worst interface/customer support/features. It is all garbage. I'd love to give it minus stars.

It’s amazing in this day and age is such a poorly developed app exists. The user interface is terrible, unhelpful and confusing.
So Much Potential
I work at a club that uses this app, we were forced to switch to this app b/c the app we were using got bought out & discontinued. Unfortunately this app has given us many issues on things that it should be capable of doing. The app prefers to collect only email addresses for creating an account but there are many times that people don’t get email confirmations or when we use the mass email function to communicate with players in a class, they don’t get that email either. Why is only an email address a requirement for creating a profile? Especially if your email function doesn’t work properly. There are a few things that the app does that does not make any sense. Also, when communicating with the developers, I’m assuming they maybe frustrated too since their reply’s seemed rushed & undermining my intelligence.
