Look elsewhere for official scheduling software
I work for 7 different assignors over the year and arbiter is just a horrible system. The iOS app boots you off the app on n most daily basis. The assigning portion of the app feels like it was written and designed by someone that has never officiated a game on their life. Just miserable experience….. every single day. My suggestion is to use paper and phone calls if you want your scheduling to actually work :( or any other software that you can find.
Can’t open app
Even with my correct info that I use to log on a browser I can’t sign in. It says my username/password entered is invalid. It also says that my session has expired and to please try again.
Broken
Login no longer works on the app. Website functions normally, but this app is now effectively useless.
Can’t log into Arbiter Mobile
I can log in to arbiter without issue on the browser (both on a mobile device and desktop), however the credentials do not work when logging into Arbiter mobile!
App stinks
Does not send out notifications on any game assignments. When I go to setting, push notifications it shows all off, then turns on notifications, but when I leave the screen they turn back off. What pain.
When I try to login it says that password or email is incorrect. I have the same information from last soccer season. Any suggestions?
Impressive
Last app update is four years ago. No wonder it works so poorly. I no longer can log in. My credentials work fine on my PC but here they don’t.
Added a link that helps Officials get directions to the location of a game. Corrected an issue where cellular numbers were displayed in the mobile app even if not set to Public. Updated the app to display games in Postponed status. Removed old code for that used to support subscriptions. Updated the Calendar Schedule view to be vertically scroll-able so that Officials with many games on a single day can more easily view it. Updated links for feedback in the app and at the app store. Also updated a link for an article that helps Officials set up an iCal feed for their schedule.
