Fundamentals within Techniques
I really appreciate all of Stephan's apps and as a smaller (older) guy, I appreciate Brandon Mullins techniques. As an experienced instructor (in other disciplines), I appreciate how deep understanding and application of the fundamentals (such as, in Jiu-Jitsu, the technical standup) can advance your game. And this is the kind of instruction that is contained in this app. For example, Brandon teaches the tech standup and its variations and then sets the tech standup in different contexts, for instance how the tech standup can be used to get out of turtle or recover gaurd or finish a sweep. So, the app's title delivers. I really appreciate Stephan and Brandon's work!

Every Kesting instructional I've ever watched as catapulted my grappling to the next level. These guys take basic jujitsu moves and show them in all sorts of applications. I just watched it last night and already surprise somebody on the mat today with rolling judo choke. Can't wait for the rest of the series.
