I am 15, and I love using this app. It helps me structure my workout and helps me avoid neglecting any major muscle groups. However, whenever I attempt to generate a workout and select equipment, it crashes and kicks me out of the app, which is quite an annoying bug. Good app though

Reasons why i love this app 1 i can track my progress and all of my workouts 2 i can ask the community for help with workout ideas and the top challenger ai bot for recommendations regarding nutrition/ fitness 3 posting selfies and workouts are seen as cringe on the app since its encouraged to show results 4 competitive challengers if you want to compete with others and track goas and progress 5 ability to start a workout within seconds and have it track all of my biometrics such as calories burned, steps taken etc. the biometrics sync seamlessly with any of my smart watches / devices.

I can't say enough good things about this app! One major callout for me is the community - where I felt uncomfortable making fitness posts on Instagram, the Top Challenger community is an incredibly supportive, safe space to applaud each other's progress and find new workouts, fitness stories, and recipes. Also, before this app, I religiously printed my workouts from Excel sheets, but I have completely transferred all of my workouts to Top Challenger - it makes tracking my workouts, weights, and reps SO much easier, and I can see my cumulative progress on different exercises. To new users, this app is a great way to up your fitness game with a community that is there with you every step of the way!
