Not a single redeeming quality
The apps takes quite a few minutes to load, poorly created. Slow, difficult to navigate, just a complete mess.

First the site jwmatch.com is definitely not been created or own by a fellow JW brother because a Christian brother would not make fortune from another brother emotional predicament and the site idea of meeting fellow JW brother sisters does not follow bible principles because you have to pay what everything, what of those who are not financially okay to purchase and still want to meet fellow mate of there own faith so as just to follow bible admonition to marry only in the lord , so if they don’t have money they will end up going against Jehovah by marrying to anyone that comes there way, But that’s not the point anyway , I actually pay for six month premium subscription and also another premium subscription to allow other unpaid member to message me freely or reply to my message , but my account was delete after few days and money was not refund back to me , all my effort to contact the support was not possible , I keep trying over me over to make someone reply to me , after many months of loneliness, I go back to the site to complain bitterly over what happen and why would no one reply my message , fortunately I got a response and ask me to verify my identity to which I did , and now they told me my subscription has expired whereby my account was locked out and deny me access to what I paid for , now they want to lure me into making another payment to be able to use the site again , a fellow JW brother will not do that , no way , so please let’s all stay away from this site may Jehovah provide for us the bone or our bone and if we Later could please write to the watchtower and tract society about this site and if they can also make a site for singles that would be supervised and control by them I think no one will not fall into a wrong hand like this jwmatch

I can agreed more with the last review. It’s a terrible app. Freezes almost everyday and runs over a slow platform. I will cancel my subscription when I’m done with the trial. Do not buy it!! Waist your money

This app and website is run by people with poor business practice. They make near impossible to cancel your subscription by burying the cancellation option with the myriad of links. Also if you set up non renewal they will still charge you and if you ask for refund their refund policy is just up to the person responding to the email and their discretion. Which is to say you will not get a refund. Like the previous review mentions as well poorly designed especially for the high cost. Very limiting. Stay clear from this app and website. If there was a negative star rating it would get it.

Horrible app design. App is very cheaply made but looking for you to spend premium money for literally everything!!! Doesn’t give you access to things that normal dating apps would give you access to. They just shut down more access to stuff that was free and now you have to pay for it. They want you to pay for everything. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t waste your time if I was you. I’m sure you see more of the same complaints on other reviews. The worst app and most expensive I’ve ever used. These people should be ashamed of themselves and this app. I can’t say enough negative comments about this app. Makes me want to build my own dating app.

This sad app just does not want to load on my iPhone or iPad. If you ever get to see it, it’s clunky, slow and needs work. Hope it gets a fix so folks can use it.
