The rate section shows that to call China is 10c/minute, but I cannot make a call by my 0.1 credit. I found that it charged me a lot more than it announced for other countries too.

This story takes place a week ago. I was bored, so I decided to look at communication apps to use with friends and family. While I was exploring, I found an app called Talk Home. According to the discription, it lets you make free calls between app users and make paid calls at very competitive rates. You could also send text messages to mobile phones. Upon reading this, I decided to download the app and try it out. Once I downloaded the app and asked one of my contacts to install this app, I noticed something that I didn’t expect. When I tapped on the contact to make a call, there was no free call button. In addition, I added 3:.00 to make a paid call and it still says insufficient balance. It made me angry, so I contacted the support team. This morning I was told that free calls are disabled and I legitimately don’t know why. So basically I cannot use this app. The End

Purchase called credit but never received called credit under the account . Reported the issue to customer service, provided receipt and email back and forward over 3 months, i never got refund or called credit, it completely waste my time and money.
