I purchased the premium package of the app about 2 years ago. Out of the blue, it’s no longer working. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app, updating the app and my phone, and reaching out to customer service. I’ve received no response. Frustrating that they will process payment but not get back to customers.

When trying to repost, I sometimes get the Empires and Puzzles ad and cannot repost. This has been going on for several weeks. I thought it would’ve been fixed by now. I’m going to see if I can find another repost app.
