MobileServe is a mobile app that helps organizations and individuals measure and communicate their social impact. By tracking an individual’s service, our app is able to produce compelling infographics for marketing and communication purposes. Our product is geared towards companies, non-profit entities, universities, and Greek organizations, all of who could benefit by demonstrating their social impact. How does it work? The idea is simple. While users are doing good, MobileServe lets them use their phones to report and measure their service. Simple integration with social media lets you leverage users' personal networks to promote organizations and causes. User data is aggregated and translated into catchy infographics and pictures that can be used for organizational communication.

Was good at first until it started glitching my amount of hours and failed to sent an email confirmation to supervisors.

At first I thought it was my Wifi connection, as it told me to check if I had a secure network. However, when I check every other app in my phone to see if they functioned properly with my home Wi-Fi, they worked fine. This app is the only thing that is having issues, and it won’t even tell me what I can do to fix it. How am I supposed to track my service hours now?

My school uses this and honestly it’s so nice and easy. From just uploading the service and getting the signature it’s super easy and to the point. plus you can host ‘events’ for service and invite others so they can get service hours too. Honestly it’s so nice and easy I love it.

My school started with using physical turned in forms where our Service Director would read over them and manually put them into a Program. Now I do events where they tell us “We’ll add this to your MobileServe” and Ive lost many hours due to the Service Director not believing that I did an event or no proof of how long I was there. The Whole App is a bad Idea
