This is the most frustrating phone app. 1 can’t dial straight from contacts as only offers to let me send an SMS text. 2 Doesn’t connect with my address book. 3 have to literally dial in the number myself then it quickly switches the page so I don’t have time to put the call on loud speaker and have hold the phone close to my ear the entire call to hear anything. 4 If your trying to call uk from usa it will waste all the few hours you have left in the morning to calm the uk before it closes at 5 pm to make a call. Complete waste of time

I’ve been using KeepCalling for a couple of years now, and have never had any problems with service or quality. Because I call Europe and South Africa frequently, where internet calling is not reliable, KC is a great workaround. The reasonable cost is a plus too!

App started out good as I had no issues, great rate and clear service…. Then the issues started. No call would go through, I deleted and downloaded again, same issue. I contacted them and they said it was a known glitch and should be fixed now. I downloaded again and now it doesn’t recognize the international dial codes I have stored. The same codes I used over and over again. When I punch in the digits it gets to a point where it starts adding numbers and won’t let me delete them! I have deleted and downloaded again and again and getting the same issue! Time to contact them again!
