Promised 1 month premium access and took my money but have no access to premium access. No way to contact them for refund and you guys are denying it as well but this seems like a scam that Apple is actively participating in. Taking peoples money and providing no service. Ended up taking 2 charges and they will not refund and have taken only these 2 options off availability for refund. APPLE IS PARTICIPATING OR ENABLING OR BOTH IN THIS MONEY STEALING SCAM!

I paid for the 7 days worth of “Premium” features and yet I have zero access to them. I think Apple needs to really look into this Application and its practices.

The concept and layout of this app are great. The issue is usually when you download a confession app you want to hear feedback, get replies to your confessions so you can have a conversation about it. You have to pay to read responses, which is a bit ridiculous to me. So if you want to just write a paragraph that will get no comments and have zero engagement then this is the app for you. But if you want to actually have confessions that people will interact with then I suggest looking for another app. A lot of potential but being money hungry kills it.
