Interface on Mobile and Desktop is not Usable!!!
I would expect Pro Tools and Avid, “The industry leading music software”, to have a least some sort of useable interface for uploading and releasing music to all major streaming platforms like any other music distributor I have used before. EVEN FREE ONES. I know they have money because they’re products are expensive, so they can at least hire UX/UI designers to make a simple easy-to-use application for independent artists uploading their art. They need to fix this quickly, or many of us will start using other music distributors and NEVER COME BACK. The app is laggy, buggy, slow and randomly stops working all of a sudden. I don’t recommend avid for music distributors thus far, however, I plan to hang around for a little bit longer until I make a decision.

You cannot publish music there has been a glitch since last year that shows invalid date and prevents you from publishing music.

Warning: Avid will lock up any computers with slow Internet connections (like when you are traveling and using guest wifi networks). After installing Pro Tools on my $4000 MacBook Pro it is totally unstable and unusable now. It had been 100% stable for the past year with many apps installed with no issues. Avid is like DOS, it uses 30 year old code and Avid doesn’t know how to manage software piracy with 2010’s or ‘20’s technologies so they use terrible outdated trash like ILOK and Cloud locking and USB fob locking technologies. Also Avid software doesn’t play well with other apps and they seize up the CPU constantly and they don’t know how to optimize their code for today’s multi-core processors. Save your sanity and go to ANY other music software vendor. I love Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio and Reason - all are a thousand percent more user friendly and more stable than any Avid software.

I was expected that after months some issues would be fixed but it it even went worth! my avid music dashboard just disappeared. i have reinstalled the app but no luck. Avid! shame on you!
