Service charges are too expensive
I really enjoy using this app when I started my business, but as a mini importer i encounter loses because of the high service charges and exchange rate and now i am so scared to use the app for procurement. I wish they could reduce the service charges it would really help because they take all your profit.

I ordered goods, each seller sent half of what I ordered. Now you refund money of goods only to the wallet and forgot I was charged higher for local freight and service fee and won’t the normal refund. Do I bear a charge that’s not my fault?
