Lazy app design
March 2024 update - I can’t even load my cart page. This app is total junk. I hate lazy app designs that pretty much mirrors the website experience. This is it. The stylevana website is super clunky and slow and the app is exactly the same. And there’s no back button or gesture. There’s zero benefit to using the app over the website itself.

I’ve made many purchases in the past through the website, and just this weekend I was again trying to purchase and edit my cart and somehow the website couldn’t load edit my cart button so I tried the app for the first and faced the same problem! The app interface looks just like the website which is not the most appealing and super slow. It has annoying way for buyers to browse product info and pictures.

I placed an order back in January 12 and I still have not received my order, today is February 28 and I still have not received my order and I do not get any updates on it. I’m very disappointed and scare that I will never receive my order.

I love stylevana, i’ve ordered them once before a few years ago when I first discovered asian skincare and had no issues at all with my order. It did take a bit to get to me but it is expected as it is coming in from overseas. I am not sure why people keep complaining about the shipping as if they are ordering from amazon with prime delivery or something but stylevana products ship from korea so of course its going to take some time and also some items say they ship within 30 days. The only reason I am giving a bad review is because of the app itself, not because of stylevana the company itself. The app needs to be fixed as it is extremely laggy, slow, and does not even work for me anymore. It worked decently, not the best, when I first downloaded it but now after a few times of using it, it wont even work at all. I press on the app and it just stays on the loading circle and nothing else loads. I would love to shop through the app one day and make it easier to buy products but for now I will have to stick to website since the app doesnt work for me at all.

This app is scam , i placed a order for 100 dollars 3 months a ago , did not receive my package nor are the giving my money back . I am tired of connecting to customer service . If any one can read this plz send my money back .

Aweful app. Ridiculously inadequate. I thought the website was bad, this is worse. Many products no description or ingredient list. When searching products or shopping there is not even a back button to go back to your search if you click on product to look at. You have to go back to ‘home’ and start again. Extremely frustrating. Deleted app after about 30 minutes. Read other reviews but thought i would try it anyway. Waste of time.
