I use to be very fond of this app to shop, but in the past year it has turned into a mess.. from the unorganized lives, with men showing women’s clothing …to the poor customer service and month long shipping times!! What a shame!

This response was sent from Dalia at Simply Obsessed after not responding to my emails for weeks. The level of sheer unprofessionalism and hubris to speak to a customer in this manner is disgusting. I will not waste my money shopping with this business again, I suggest if you’re reading this email to stay away also. “Hi, Your order was delivered April 18th- and yet you kept commenting negatively on the live show. We cannot have you doing that. The only order I see is 1808242 from April 2nd- and here is tracking”

I used to love this boutique but then it became very clear that they only care about making money and showing off their wealth. Not only that, but you never know when Sarah will be live. It’s just whenever she feels like it, and nobody else is allowed to show new items. Shipping is slow with no communication. It’s just completely disorganized and not worth it when there are so many great boutiques that actually treat their customers with respect and respond to emails.

I’ve been a customer for a few years, love their clothing. Shipping a little pricey but do understand. Mamacorn is the best of the best. Cass, Haley, Olympia and Rebecca were my favs. I do lot like them trying to sell cloths that are not new when a few days ago they were 55 percent off and 70 percent off but trying to pass off as new. I can deal with all that, also when a guy with a criminal record was being rude with customers and one of the girls, they ended up blocking him, but a few women took up for him without even knowing what was going on, yes Stacey, Donna, Crystal, Loraine, Cindy, Jerri, Alyssa,Charlene, Amber you guys were taking up for a criminal. Like I said they eventually blocked him. But what’s really bad also is talking about a ex employee on your live while people are trying to shop, Virginia Ring (Ginny) what you were saying about Haley was just wrong, if you were in my state you would end up with a lawsuit. Sarah open your eyes before you lose your business, Ginny is not helping your business, she’s not very bright at all. I will probably get blocked after this but that’s ok, there are a lot of boutiques out there without the drama and would love to have my business. I have made some really good friendships from being on this site, so that’s what I’m taking from this.

Their clothes are too expensive their shipping is too expensive. Their clothes are not even good Quality. They are very rude to their employees and customers. I think it’s funny that people are still buying from Sarah simply obsessed when shein sells the same clothes for less the price and I mean much less. A tank top or body suit cost no more than nine dollars on the Shein app. Sara sells the exact same thing and charges $30 to $40 it’s ridiculous I don’t know why people are still buying from them but I noticed a lot of people have stopped as well they don’t have as many people watching their lives. I think people smarten up and realize it’s not worth spending all your money on them when there are other apps like Shein that sell the same the for cheaper. Ok I said my peace.
