طلبت من السيف غاليري وتم شحنه بهذي الشركه وهذا اليوم الخامس لم تصل الي شحنتي رغم ان المسافه قريبه جداً واذا دخلت التطبيق كل يوم يعطيني تسليم بتاريخ بنفس اليوم استلم واخرتها ما استلم شي ولم يتم التوصيل الى الان 👎🏻

Don’t ever think to have any business with this company!!!! They rescheduled my shipment 4 times without any notice, and every time I call the customer service they say “we are sorry” “it will arrive soon”. They keep lying and lying every time. You track your shipment online you see its out of delivery, you wait home to get your package then by the end of the day it’s failed to be delivered and rescheduled!!!! And no body called me!! YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR MONEY!!!!! The worst company !!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

The worst customer service… I try to access the application to schedule the delivery it gives me Access Denied! And when I call 80074472 no one is answering…. So how can I get my shipment from you??? Very bad experience.

Worst experience possible with Shipa. They told me parcel would arrive but it hasn’t. I should have received the parcel weeks ago. I would rate ZERO stars if I could. Stick to Aramex, much more professional and their addresses are much more stable than Shipa.
