A great cash back app
This company has awesome customer service and stands behind the cash back they offer. When I had a problem with my offers crediting, they resolved the problem right away. I will continue to be a customer and shop with this app. I also like they don’t send a bunch of junk emails or notifications.

I ordered an item on Sept. 2 and the expected date to receive cash back is on December 1. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for the rebate. I’m going to switch back to Rakuten. This app wasn’t worth it to download at all.

The site is not clear on when you’ll get your money back and the customer service isn’t helpful at all. First it says you’ll get it after 7 days but also could be up to 180 days after your purchase.

I’ve have only been able to get this to work once. I also had the add on added to my web browser and even after activating it, nothing happens. When you talk to customer service, they will claim you never visited the site or violated some condition or terms. I’ve had dozens of orders not get cash back. Don’t waste your time on this app.

This app is a scam. They are not legit and just collecting your data. I made two purchases and they claim they didn't get commission from the purchase because the merchant denied it so they won't give me rebate. They don't have any deal with merchants. They just lying to collect data. I wish I could share screenshots here of their lies and my purchases. Don't give your data to another app that no one even who owns. Apple store should remove this scam.
