I just purchased a $100 itunes card and I wasn’t able to redeem the code, I got a message that the code is already redeemed. I tried Customer Service and they asked me to contact apple support to get the redemption time. I contact apple and provide them with the serial number they shared with me and apple said this serial number doesn’t work. Its been an hour back and forth with their customer support and they still didn’t solve the issue and it seems they won’t. A waste of money and time.

Very responsive customer services. Don’t panic if you buy a Card and your bank charged you but you don’t immediately access the card you ordered. Just contact customer services and they’ll settle it down for you in couple of minutes.

One of the worst apps ever, you choose the card then they ask you to scratch it, but nothing happens later you should ask for help from the technical support chat where they’ll ask you plenty of questions, at the end you’ll get an used code !!!
