(Edit: I realized I was focusing mainly on the negative experience when writing the first review, so I came back here to add more things which the app deserves credits for). Prelo is overall a great online marketplace to buy/sell preloved (used) and new personal items. It's similar to Carousell, but with Prelo there are more rules and regulations that users have to follow to make sure that the transactions are secure (for examples: they monitor and check that the brands you post are genuine; payment is done securely through Prelo and not directly between buyer-seller; etc.). I was able to sell several of my preloved items through this app, and the transactions are usually pleasant. So thank you, Prelo. Aside from the annoying bugs (which I will explain in more details later), one thing that I think should be improved is the control that sellers should have over the items they sell. For example, currently Prelo lets buyers reserve an item for 12 hours until payment is paid before cancelling the transaction. When the item is reserved for payment, it becomes invisible in the marketplace. Unfortunately, many buyers are not serious, and they fail to pay for the item within the allocated amount of time, and when the item is released back into the marketplace, its placement has gone down quite far in the feed, and other potential buyers will not see it. This has happened to me many times. In my opinion as a seller, it would be much wiser to let sellers have control over how many hours a buyer can reserve an item for (1 hour / 3 hours / etc) to avoid buyers who are not serious from reserving the item for too long. ----- Now, let's deal with the bugs. My experience with this app has not always been smooth. Even after uninstalling and installing it again and upgrading it to the latest version, the bugs always stay. This app sends multiple notifications (2-4) every time a user likes an item or sends you a message. There were times when I got 3 likes, and instead of getting 3 notifications (or even condensing them to 1), I got 12. I tried to switch off the notifications, but as a result I wasn't getting notified when a user tried to ask me questions about my item. It's a shame that we don't have flexibility to choose which notifications we'd like to get. To add to that, the app sometimes freezes and crashes. Another thing that annoys me is that I can't make a new line (or press enter) when writing the item description. So I'm forced to type everything out outside the app (using NOTE) and then copy&paste it to the description column in Prelo. Waste of time. Worse still, when I need to modify something, I have to painstakingly find the paragraph that I need to edit because the description column doesn't even expand. It stays short so you have to scroll your way until you get to the part you need to edit. The problem doesn't end there. When you've finally succeeded scrolling and finding that bit you wish to edit, the entire description comes back up again as soon as you start typing, so you have to scroll again... I hope these bugs will get fixed in the near future because this app holds potentials, but currently the bugs are ruining the overall experience.

Udah download, udah daftar tp begitu mau nglengkapin data di bagian provinsi susah bener, bolak balik buka tutup app jg susah, langsung delete bikin emosi. Ga niat bikin aplikasi nih.

saat mau melengkapi profil di bagian provinsi, appnya shut down sendiri terus. Ulang lagi terus. Walaupun konsepnya baik dan punya potensi untuk bersaing dengan shopee, tokopedia, carousell, BUGSnya harus diperbaiki!! Bagaimana user mau beli dan jual jika membuat akun saja banyak bugsnya.
