Unusable app
The latest update has rendered the app completely unusable. It says “Improved system stability” which is funny cause it does exactly the opposite. You are automatically logged out from the app and no matter how many times you request for the OTP, it simply doesn’t let you login even after you enter the OTP correctly every single time. It clearly looks like their QA team has done an amazing job not testing the release before it went out. Doesn’t even look like the development team has done any self testing. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the app and the actual absolute nonchalant in fixing the issue.

This app is so unusual- Order gets placed the moment you add an item to the cart. Secondly, money gets debited from the wallet automatically without any confirmation and a person’s Membership is started without his/her consent.

The app provides no upfront information for the monthly membership fees. It is only when the user checks his transactions he will be able to see a deduction. Apparently I joined the platform back on 2020. I came back on 2023 to place my first order. Without any information the amount was deducted. It’s not the money but the lack of information which is hurtful. The referral process is broken and also the default promo code which shows some random error when you try to apply the same. Thanks for this wonderful experience.
