Glitchy, not user friendly, lacking many available products
Not Efficient
The latest update has made the app so hard to use, and the search function now pulls less relevant products even more than it already did. Very slow and not intuitive whatsoever.
App needs serious work
I don’t use groceries to go - I use the app so I can take advantage of the coupons. For that, this app is not efficient. It takes several clicks to even get to the click and save coupons. Then takes several seconds for the app to load. It’s not easy to locate the items to click the coupon. Then it often doesn’t apply at check out. Really REALLY dislike that I have to take this extra step for savings when I already have the advantage card.
Where do I start
So slow scrolling for coupons. Took forever to change to my favorite store location. I do not use E-Wallet; it’s useless for someone who doesn’t have credit cards. I envision a real mess at checkout on grocery day. New isn’t always better. So dissatisfied.
New app is awful
The app update is just as slow as the old version. Digital Coupons are more complicated and takes more taps to get to. After clicking a coupon a new screen opens. When I shop the Plymouth store I barely have enough cell reception to run the app. Now I have to wait for more screens to load in order to click it in store. Disappointed to say the least.
No longer works
A few days ago the app and online site stopped working.
Really needs work. Behind other retail apps.
This app could some big improvements. My three biggest gripes are: 1.) showing up-to-date inventory at the store. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a call about the store not having an item and I have to reselect. This is quite literally the only retail app that I use that seems unable to properly show what is sold in the store or list how much inventory they have left. 2.) not being able to look at past orders and reorder items. Again, this is the only retail app that I use that is unable to do this. 3.) If you submit an order to on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday, they will not honor any of the prices. My god, just honor the prices or don’t allow the option to submit an order for the next day.
