You only sign up for InPost Pay once, shop securely with one button, use your favourite delivery and payment method, and - most importantly - have all the details of your purchases, shopping carts from different stores, payments, deliveries, statuses, and notifications in one app! • Sending without a label You can send your parcel conveniently with InPost Mobile – without printing a shipping label, 24/7, via any Parcel Locker®. All you have to do is open the locker remotely with one click, scan the QR code, or enter the shipping code on the screen of the Parcel Locker®! • Opening the locker remotely One of the main functions of the application is the remote locker opening service, which allows you to receive and send parcels without having to use the Parcel Locker® screen. Click on the “Open locker remotely” button and your locker will open on its own! • Extending the collection deadline Every user of the application can conveniently extend the deadline for collecting the package from a Parcel Locker® by 24 hours. You can now conveniently redirect your parcel in the app. Choose the option that is most convenient for you! Parcel Locker®, PUDO point, a neighbour's address. All you need to do is click “Redirect” next to the shipment and select your new delivery option. • Placing a parcel in the Ease of Access Zone The Ease of Access Zone is a solution that allows parcels to be delivered to lower lockers in the Parcel Locker®. No English Support/Interface
While you can select English language option at the InPost Box terminal when picking up the package, it’s strange the functionality was not included in the app.
Why STILL no English?!?
Users have been asking for an English option on this app for YEARS because many of us do not speak Polish and your app is completely useless to us! If you cant manage to add English, can you please enable full functionality for all services on your website so those of us who can’t use the app can enable Google Translate to use the website? InPost would be really great, if I could actually use it, but I’m frequently forced to use competing services because I’m not able to purchase or print postage or extend my pickup window since you wont enable those services on your website. It is SO frustrating!
It’s a disaster
My parcel is stuck. The postomat doesn't work, the screen is turned off. I tried to open a cell through the application, but it didn't open, the application says that I received the parcel, but it's not, what should I do, how do I get the parcel?
