VPN Blocker makes it useless
App won’t open when using a VPN. And I won’t turn off my VPN to send my payment information, and leave myself open to a man-in-the-middle attack. We’re at an impasse, Hasbro. My data protection is more important to me than purchasing anything through your app
Fix the bugs
Keeps asking my DOB for verification every time I switch pages. This makes the app almost unusable. Please fix.

Bug
When I check out. The item is still in my cart. I get an alert you still have something in your cart. Even though I have already checked out
Birthday issue
Once I log in every page I navigate to prompts me to enter my birthday. App is barely navigable with this issue.
Swiping pictures
Please fix the swiping of pictures in the app. It’s very frustrating to attempt to swipe the pictures and see the items pictures.
The App in itself is good(Just not the HasLab or the normal toys)
The Star Wars Line in itself has seen a decline in quality since the early 2000s of Hasbro's ownership of Kenner. The GI.Joe line has seen a decline in quality control also. they seem to not care about the quality of toys, just profits is what they care about. They also lay off a lot of their talented workers for profits. They can get away with the bad quality because they are basically the only people with the full license. The new ceo they got has ruined the company also. Every single Haslab toy is Hasbro’s idea to tell you they actually care about what fans want. Instead the make you buy a backer(Basically a contract saying you will buy one and then wait 2 years for it to come) Now hasbro does have some well detailed Haslab toys, but the inconsistency and unaffordable prices has led Hasbro to its punishment. They have seen a massive decline in Revenue and haven’t seen anything green in a while. But it is their own fault, they decided to care about profits and shareholders more than their customers and have put themselves in their problems. I am a Star Wars collector and have experienced buying some of the newer toys from the 2020s broken in box or with paint chippings or broken fingers. The 2010s toys weren’t that great either. Hasbro if you are seeing this you need to start caring about your quality and customers.
