Don’t waste your time
This app has so many errors!! It’s constantly has them all the time! Very frustrating and I will never try again!! It’s a piece of junk!! Do better
No customer service
I’ve been using this app for a couple years with no real issues until now. I ordered a couple of the try now 3.99 products and one of them required signature for delivery, which has never happened before. I wasn’t available to sign for the item so I requested the post office to redeliver. They have not, and the review deadline is approaching. Whenever I had issues in the past, I could submit an inquiry on 08.L app. Now that option doesn’t exist, and the customer service link redirects to a Korean website. Even with the translation option on my browser, the text on the websites it mostly Korean.
No Customer Service
This app used to be fun. I would have the chance to try some nice products for a good price in exchange for a review. I even won a couple of times got free product. However over the past few months I’ve had nothing but issues. Either products I purchased are coming 1-2 days before review deadline, or problems with the app itself. There used to be a way to reach out via an “Inquiry” in the app, but that functionality is gone and it takes you to a website in Korean only. I have used another app to translate and sent messages with no response. I tried contacting them via Instagram and no help either.
Scam
This app offers free and paid campaigns, don’t take a paid campaign and expect to actually get paid though. I had a paid placement for ACWELL and have been waiting since the beginning of March to get paid what I was offered. After posting they stopped responding to emails and I found out the brands they had me tag on IG didn’t even know anything about the campaign. Total scam, this brand will ghost you as soon as they get what they want and leave their bills unpaid.

Hmmmm
This is very hard to navigate and unsure if there is customer service in English. This app used to be very straightforward and there were tons of options to get items at 3.99 if you did not qualify for free. Not anymore apparently.
