تطلب من التطبيق امورك تمام بعدها يماطلون خدمة العملاء ويتاخرون في توصيل الطلب وتدق عليهم في اسبوع واحد ثلاث مرات وكل واحد يقولك شي هذي اول مره واخره مره اتعامل معهم !!!

الذراع الخاص بالنظاره ثقيل التحرك وطلبت استبدال من الموقع وتم خصم قيم التوصيل مع العلم ان المعلن لهذا المنتج قال باامكانك استلام المبلغ كامل ولكن في الحقيقة غير ذلك واستبدلت المنتج بمنتج اخر وحصلت مثل المشكله تجربه لاتستحق الشكر

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته تم عمل نظاره لديكم على رقم 0504923151 اولاً تم تاخير استلام النظاره من تاريخ ٢٧ سبتمبر الى ١٧ اكتوبر كل مارحت لهم المحل يقولون صار فيها خطاء بالمقاس وبعدين خطاء بالعدسات وانه لم يتم وضع الشاشه ضد الشمس الى الان وانا دافعها مبلغ وقيمه عدسه الشمس

اتمنى تحسين وتعديل الموقع المحدد للوكيشن الفرع للاحساء مول وتعديله من العثيم مول للاحساء مول لان تم تأخير طلبي اربع ايام بسبب هذه المشكله طلب اونلاين واخترت خيار توصيل للفرع عشان يكون اسرع لي اخر شي يتأخر اربع ايام بسبب هالمشكله الللي ماله دخل العميل فيها وتم تواصلي مع خدمة العملاء لمدة اربع ايام ومصرين ان الخطأ من طرفي ولا ليس من طرفهم ولا يريدون توصيل طلبي للفرع الصحيح اللي تم اخياره من قبلي من الموقع. اللي هو الاحساء مول وليس العثيم وتم ارسال الصور على الايميل واتمنى تحسين جودة الموقع والتركيز ب لوكيشن الفرع من قبلكم لان لا يوجد بالخيارات الاول العثيم مول والثاني العثيم مول الاحساء
