Entertainment.com charged my Credit Card But No Coupon Access
entertainment.com charged $34.99 to my credit card ending with 4569 on March 29, 2024. However, I’ve never received an activation code for digital coupons. I’m not sure what’s going on, but if you build me, I should receive coupon access. Or just dispute the charge with my credit card company for charging me $34.99 and not giving me any coupon access this is and I haven’t heard anything from entertainment.com so so far I’ve lost over 30 days without being able to review any coupons Very disappointed

Most of the restaurants that offer a buy one menu item get one free are not what they advertise. Shame on the entertainment book for allowing this type of advertisement. The catch….there is a limit of the discount. It is most often a maximum discount of between $5-$10. This is not nearly enough to cover a meal that is $15-20. Might be enough to cover a beverage though.

I just purchased my membership for Entertainment. For years, I have always purchased the coupon book but now they only use the app these days. I received an invitation for $19.95 to purchase the app and which I did. I have only had this App for 5 days. The first 2 days it worked ok. The 4th day, it said my account was inactive. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the App. It did not work. I paid for an App that does not work. They no longer have a phone number to talk to a customer service rep, either. I sent an email and they replied back wanting my password for this account. If I do not get a refund or a working App, my next step is to report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased through a fundraiser for my son. Followed the instructions to setup an account, downloaded the app. Password doesn’t work, tried an account recovery to reset password. Can’t get a emailed response. Save your money!!

There were several restaurants I went to that said they no longer accept Entertainment coupons, yet they were still listed on the app. One restaurant said they told them numerous times to remove them. I emailed as well and it was still there months later. Due to this I canceled my subscription. If your back off staff can’t investigate this in a timely manner then I’m out.
