Great start but needs work
I love the idea of this app. Unfortunately it needs a lot of UX work to make it usable: 1) Car search filters and criteria are spread across several menus. Filters for model year, model, and trim level are spread across 3 different menus. 2) The setup process to create a new car search both takes too long and is not thorough enough. When I create a new search for a car, the app asks about my preferences one at a time: What make? (loading) What model? (loading) What preferences and filters? (loading). I can't specify the mileage, model year or other important criteria until after the search has been created. 2) My vehicle preferences are saved to my user profile, rather than my search for a given car. The app assumes if I like blue Audi e-trons, I must also like blue Teslas. That's not correct and I don't want to see blue Teslas. I see the advantages of specifying cross-search filters (ex. never show me any car with more than 80k miles) but the way they've implemented it makes it worse than other car searches where every vehicle search unique. Ideally the app gives you the ability to create cross-search filters as well as filters that are unique to each search. 3) The car search menu layout has too many things going on and is inconsistent. If you have 2-3 unique car searches, the "card" displaying the vehicle may display a large button with "X perfect matches" or that link might be buried in the bottom left corner beneath a set of options ("AI-assisted" and "AI-curated" - what's the difference?) which are unclearly labeled or presented. 4) The app signs me out every time I navigate away from it for more than a couple of minutes. While writing this review I attempted to open it and was met with a blank screen. I don't think I've encountered that issue in any non-Android app in the past few years. 5) Everything in the app is slapped with an AI label, and everything that I've ever seen from AI is both poor in quality and inaccurate. Remove the label, you're giving your features and functions a bad name. Additionally, there's a lot of options and suggestions that no one asked for in a car search. What is AI-assisted? What is AI-curated? I'm here to find good deals on specific cars. Either the cars are on sale or they aren't. Nobody needs car recommendations from a chatbot.

I searched for a new king cab Nissan truck. It kept coming back with quad cab. I adjusted and searched again. Same thing. Then it came back with used. I adjusted and searched again. Same thing. Then it came back with dealers outside my range. I gave up.

Once you provide all filters and search and then if you try to sort on price low to high it gets stuck and either it’s taking the one car at the top and show those details or just shows sort menu. It’s looping. So there is no way to get your search results sorted.
