Return policy.
The package was delivered but I got a trip on the next day so I couldn’t request a return. When I back home after 2 weeks and asked for the return for some items but the customer service said it takes too long so the vendor won’t accept it. The policy is so picky for the return so you have to careful when you buy something. It was my first time order and some items didn’t look like the picture and now I have to keep it without wearing it. Some clothes are expensive but qualities aren’t worth it. I’m gonna say bye with this app.

Slow shipping and bad customer service
I ordered clothes almost 2 1/2 weeks ago and it still not shipped and it still says that it will ship on the 10/11 which was a few days ago. I even canceled one of the item to receive it earlier. I ask customer service about it and they do not respond.
Great but return policy is okay
Love the quality and style of the outfits! One big downside is their return policy. - you have to email them within 3 days upon delivery date to request for a return label and need to send it out within 7 days you get the label. - when returning, there is a return fee of $10 (which isnt too bad), but they also charge additional if the amount of clothes your returning doesnt meet the free shipping requirement ($150).
Fraud, deceiving, rude representative
I returned two clothes that were cost $54 due to sizing issue and they only refunded me $6.78 I contacted customer service via message and they were making no sense and try to rip off with the shipping. I was qualified for free shipping and they canceled some items due to out of stock. I understand they charge $10 shipping for return, but they deduct $13 shipping because I am returning two items so that I am not qualified free shipping anymore. It is scam. You won’t be able to return stuff even though you get wrong sizing , bad quality item, and whatever!!! They won’t give you money back. Stay away from this company

Always sold-out and cancels multiple orders
Without a fail, every time I order with Codibook, one or more items are sold-out. This has happened multiple times. So when I went to the app to check the item, they never mark it as "sold-out" and it's still an option for people to make a purchase. And then I get refunded less than the listed price for the item because they say they take the credits or points I used into consideration. But if they had marked the item as "sold-out," I would not have had to waste my points like this. They've also cancelled my entire order without asking me just because one of the item was sold-out.
