The ONLY reason, and it’s small, is that I’d like for their to be a chat or message feature within the app, especially when trying to match colors between items where the colors APPEAR to be the same, but the names of the colors do not match, like when choosing men’s neckwear to go with a lady’s formal wear.

This company is very easy to deal with. However, the try on dresses available are mostly unavailable and that is disappointing. I’m older, mother of the bride, 61, and wish sometimes I could talk to someone rather than AI response's, but it gets figured out. .

I have ordered 4 dresses for a wedding in May. The first one I returned ON time by return policy, since it didn’t fit quite right, I never got my refund. Second dress, I sized up, even after reading reviews saying it ran large, seemed to fit exactly the same as the last dress purchased. I got my refund there, but even so, I couldn’t use my refund, tried tech support, azazie help, nothing seemed to work. I needed to use this money since I did the try on and return and ordered two dresses. I finally got a dress that fit me, and I can’t use my refund money to purchase it? I’m so frustrated with this website and I’m not out $300. I don’t reccomend.

I ordered a custom size dress which I had professionally measured. It doesn’t fit right and looks nothing like the picture in the catalog. Super disappointed and now I’m stuck with a dress I’ll never wear!!

This app is great and easy to use. But I wish there was a feature that allowed you to search tryons that were actually available in stock. I could search by availability and size, but every time the majority I clicked on were not actually in stock.

No response from the team on getting the try on dresses returned. The button to return has been removed under my order and not under the action tab as stated in the instructions. I’m getting no response from anyone. I’d best not be charged as they just got delivered on Friday 4/5 and I’m trying to return ever since then.
